To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.com Responsibilities Responsibilities Meet and maintain all divisional Quality Management System objectives, including year over year defect/credit reduction, and Quality Management System implementation targets. Direct the activities, duties, and projects of the QA and Lab Technicians to assure compliance to customer specifications. Direct and maintain all quality programs to include SPC and drive process improvement Lead and direct all plant certifications including ISO, SQF, ASI, etc. Lead internal and external audits, trainings, and presentations Serve as the plant's contact for customer complaints and customer compliance audits. Maintain reporting systems for internal and external complaints. Serve as Plant ISO Representative. Execute and manage Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Lean projects. Track and report all financial validated projects. Communicate plant quality expectations and monitor performance relative to the objectives in a timely and effective manner. Actively solicit input from all employees to aid in successfully accomplishing the above listed actions. Responsible for compliance with all facility product safety (GMP's). Procedures. Must be supportive of GPI's Mission, Vision and Core Values (UFAA - United, Focused, Agile, Accountable.) Must facilitate and support GPI's Continuous Improvement processes (LEAN, 5's, 6s, Six Sigma, etc.). Prior Qualification and Validation Process Systems experience. (IQ, OQ, PQ) Prior knowledge of measuring systems, to include equipment/tools. Experience with CPro, SPC Software etc. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, implement, and document Quality Management System for maintenance and control of products and processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education / Work Experience Education (Degree/Major) Bachelor Degree in Quality or related Science preferred Three to five years' experience in Quality Management, Engineering Management, Production Management and/or Project Management in a manufacturing environment. Three to Five years supervisory experience required Must have experience with ISO -9001, ISO-15378, Must be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt or be willing to attain certification as part of the selection for this position. Knowledge of standard accepted troubleshooting, repair, reliability and effective planning & labor utilization strategies. 4. Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA and EPA laws, standards and regulations governing manufacturing sites (29 CFR 1910). 5. Working knowledge of manufacturing industry (plastics preferred). 6. Business understanding and teambuilding skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. General understanding of basic physics, engineering, chemistry, math. o Uses data and proven methods to analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions to problems. Other 1. Ability to work outside normal business hours to include evenings, nights, and weekends. 2. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Quality AssuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
