We are seeking a results-driven Operations Resource to assess resource needs and provide sufficient capacity to realize Operational excellence.
The Operations Resource will determine staff requirements, provide ongoing support to the Business Unit Managers and manage the Operations Supervisors.
This person will also collaborate on resource management with multiple teams within our organization.

Responsibilities Here's what you'll get to do:
Assign available staff to the process based on their skills and experience.
Hire new staff in accordance with project budgets.
Provide Business Unit Managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
Monitor employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
Collaborate on resource management with internal departments.
Document processes and maintain records.
Keep informed on labor laws and trends in resource management.
Champion Continuous Improvement project and process improvement initiatives on a daily basis.
Qualifications What we require:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
At least 5 years' experience in Operations management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Experience in managing budgets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
