The position is based at our corporate office in Nash County, NC.
This is a fast growing company with a differentiated approach to sales, marketing, and installation service vs.

The primary responsibilities of the role will to create reporting for Key Performance Indicators across the business, and support each of the team leaders on analysis of their functional area.
This will include working with the VP Operations to track and monitor costs, coordinate physical inventory counts, and support the scheduling.
IN addition, the role will support a variety of cash management processes.
The position reports to the VP Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
With the VP Finance and team leaders, develop the ongoing Key Performance Indicators for each area of the business, and deliver the full set of company dashboards on a monthly basis.
Work with the leadership team to analyze trends in the business, and provide insights for financial modeling.
Coordinate with the VP Operations, the monthly physical inventory and cycle count process, ensuring accuracy.
Work with the VP Operations to upgrade the system of developing the monthly production plans, and track performance on an ongoing basis.
Analyze various processes across the operations of the business to understand potential cost savings opportunities.
Participate in the company's plan to upgrade the IT/Accounting system.
Daily involvement in all deposits, wire transfers and maintaining bank balances.
Calculate and process all State Sales tax payments.
Calculate and process all Sales Commissions.
Reconcile all bank accounts on a monthly basis.
Assist VP Finance with various monthly analysis.
Serve as back-up to HR in payroll processing.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Qualifications include:
4-year degree with a concentration in finance or accounting Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing company Team player & strong work ethic Highly proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel Experience in implementing a new ERP system is desirable Position will not require lifting more than 20 lbs.
