45,000 - 50,000 DOQ 8- Hour Shift, Monday - Friday Position Summary This position is responsible for receiving and processing warranty claims from dealers for work they perform on tractors in their repair department.
The Warranty Claim Processor, reviews the claim, determines whether the repair falls under the warranty and determines what will be paid to the Dealer.
Position Duties and Responsibilities Receives and reviews warranty claims forms from Dealers through the warranty claims system or on written forms.
Reviews work done to determine whether it was required to resolve the problem described.
Determines whether the issue is covered under warranty and determines the amount of service time to be allowed based on the flat rate manual provided by the Service Department.
Enters information into the Warranty system regarding the status of the Claim and the final resolution of the claim.
Transfers the claim to the Warranty clerk for entry into SAP so it can be extracted for payment.

Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience Required 3 Years' experience in warranty, customer service or equipment repair.
Experience with agricultural equipment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
Exceptional computer skills, advanced level knowledge of Excel and Power point.
SAP experience is preferred.
Very strong written and oral communications skills.
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced stressful environment.
