The Assistant Project Manager is a new opportunity to support the growing Construction Service business of eLoghomes.
The company is based in Nash County, NC and the role supports the VP, in the day-to-day management of the division.
The person in this role will report to the Vice President, Construction Service, and work closely with the Vice President, Operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage verification process with subcontractors on work being completed at each stage of construction, review of images of work completed, and ensure communications internally Solicit quotes from subcontractors, prepare work orders and process invoicing Coordinate with subcontractors on bids for additional work in process Communicate with customers on changes to log home design due to engineering requirements Executing plans for company and contractors' licensing and registrations nationally Recruiting new subcontractors for the company Working with new builders and ensure that they are knowledgeable and trained on eLoghomes construction processes and standards Work with Customer Service on troubleshooting field issues Additional responsibilities on as needed basis
Qualifications:
Min 2-4 years of experience in residential construction industry and knowledge of construction practices.
Log home experience not necessary Ability to coordinate, schedule and track construction projects Comfortable working primarily in an office environment Excellent verbal and communication skills Demonstrated problem solving ability High customer service orientation Team player & strong work ethic Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Word, etc.
Position may require lifting more than 40 lbs.
